– Couch Stretch

– Banded Shoulder Distraction

Warm-up

20 M each:

– Spidermans

– Alt. Air Squats

– Inchworms

– Soldier Kicks

– High Knees

– Butt Kickers

Strength

Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean (1 + 1)

20 minute E2MOM, Athletes will add weight every 2 minutes and will perform a clean complex of 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean.
