Team Strongman (AMRAP – Reps)

2 Rounds:

(In teams of 2-3)

3:00 minutes at each movement, then Rest 1 minute after each:

Tire Flips – Waterfall or Together – minutes(0-3)(12-15)

Slamballs – 5 reps each – minutes(4-7)(16-19)

Battle Rope – :15 seconds each – minutes(8-11)(20-23)

Mobility

Foam Roll and Ball Work on all those cranky, sore spots you got throughout this week!!!
