Coach Michael Simmons is a U.S. Navy veteran who has been Functional Fitnessting for 4 years. He specializes in helping people develop their mid-line stability and find their balance. “I love coaching our members and seeing them learn how to reach their higher possibilities,” he says.
Michael has been a competitive swimmer, water polo player, soccer player and surfer. He’s passionate about learning new thing and teaching others.
